About The Brand.

  • The mix is a brand that recontextualised what it means to have an Australian breakfast & provides a twist on the standard Australian bar formula. As a business, we combine & mix these seemingly opposite experiences into dual functioning restaurant.

  • For breakfast, we provide delicious sweet and sugary items making it a first choice for special occasions. The point of difference for the mix is the ability to mix and match our over 30 different cereals with our long list of different add-ons like fruit, yogurts & colored milk.

  • We further sell the widest range of breakfast cereals in Australia. Stocking a variety of imports from all over the world making them exclusive to the mix which will allow people to come in and try new and exciting sugary sweets.

  • At night we transition into a sit-down bar with still the option to buy food. Our point of difference from standard bars is we have a very unique alcoholic drink menu diverse in sweet cocktails each with a play on a type of cereal and drink.

Objectives & Strategies.

  • We are fun & edgy in line with social trends as we create the “wow” factor in food that attracts people through word of mouth.

  • To deliver a highly unique breakfast & bar cuisine within a new and trendy setting, aimed to redefine the standard breakfast and bar experience.

  • To give people a brand that provides them with an experience they will remember every time.

  • To create a place where people want to come to and be a part of the exciting vibe / environment.

  • To give consumers the power to mix and match different cereals and toppings to create their own customisable delicious meal. As well as giving them new alcoholic beverages mixed with our exclusive cereals to create unique and different drinking experience.
